Tayan staffs were objects used by the High Priests of the Doellinist religion of the Expansion Region planet Kinyen. The staffs shared their name with Taya, an avatar of the Doellinist goddess Doellin.[1]
Behind the scenes
Tayan staffs were mentioned in the 2015[2] Star Wars Roleplaying sourcebook Strongholds of Resistance, which was published by Fantasy Flight Games as part of the Star Wars: Age of Rebellion roleplaying game.[1]
