The Tau Sakar system, also known as the Garban system,[3] was a star system in the Abrion sector of the Outer Rim Territories which contained seven life-bearing planets orbiting the star Tau Sakar. Garban, the fourth planet in the system, was the homeworld of the alien species known as the Jenet. All seven worlds were very similar. The Galactic Empire took control of this system, and forced the Jenet to mine the rich ores that are found in all seven planets.
