Tang tang birds were a type of bird.[1] Sometime between 22 and 19 BBY,[2] Jedi Master Uumay Hawlatha sang a song about a tang tang bird, referencing it several times by referring to Jedi Knight Iskat Akaris as one.[1]

Behind the scenes

Tang tang birds were mentioned in Delilah S. Dawson's novel Inquisitor: Rise of the Red Blade, which was published in 2023.[1]
