The Tandun system was a young[4] Outer Rim star system located in the Kalamith sector that contained the planet of Tandun III. The system was explored in 12,293 BBY by a group of Republic surveyors led by Dr. Beramsh. In 43 ABY Tandun III was destroyed as a result of Yuuzhan Vong Vongforming.
