Tamarind-Glazed Burra Fish was a dish consisting of glazed Burra fish served with vegetables and was suitable for human consumption. The dish was served at the Crown of Corellia Dining Room on the MPO-1400 Purgill-class star cruiser known as the Halcyon,[1] in 34 ABY.[2]

Tamarind-Glazed Burra Fish was a meal that was available in the real world to guests at the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser hotel in Walt Disney World Resort, Florida,[1] which opened to the public on March 1, 2022.[3] The dessert was last served at the hotel during the September 28–30 voyage of 2023, the final voyage before the closure of Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser.[4] The dish consisted of a fish, banana leaf, braised kale, chickpeas, and curry.[1]
