The Talvaria system was located in the Phelleem sector,[1] a part of the Slice portion of[2] the Outer Rim Territories.[1] It was the origin point of[4] the group known as Talvarians.[3]

Behind the scenes

The "Talvor system,"[5] in reference to the Talvarian group,[3] was first mentioned in "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star, How I Wonder Where We Are," a 1990 roleplaying game source article written by Glen Allison as a supplement for West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game and published in the thirteenth issue of the Voyages SF magazine. The placed the star system in the Mahrusha sector[5] and is considered noncanonical with respect to the Star Wars Legends continuity.[6] The 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas, authored by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry, named the system that was the origin point of the Talvarians "Talvaria" and placed it in grid square S-7.[2]
