Species in the galaxy
Members of the species called Tallimar Prime their home.[3] In 34 ABY,[4] a member of this species, Centada Ressad, was present at Canto Casino and Racetrack on the planet Cantonica.[2] Around that same time,[5] another member of this species, Velorie Sarcon, secretly worked as a scavenger for the First Order on the planet Jakku.[3]
Behind the scenes
King 35 by Ivan Manzella
The species made their onscreen debut in the 2017 film Star Wars: Episode VIII The Last Jedi, directed by Rian Johnson.[2] They were originally designed by creature concept designer and sculptor Ivan Manzella,[6] and were referred to by the production code "King 35."[7] According to the Keeper of the Holocron, Leland Chee, as of April 1, 2025, this species still did not have a name within the official Holocron continuity database.[8]
They were first identified as the Tallimarians in the 2025 Audible-exclusive audiobook The Jaws of Jakku.[3]
