Tallera Downs was Nubia's largest and most spectacular ronto racing course. Located south of Nuba City, it was two and a half kilometers long and had seating for one hundred twenty thousand fans, and room for more in hovering luxury suites. It featured rocky slopes, mud pits, and water hazards. The Nuba City monorail had a station here, and the center of the track hosted a huge bazaar on race day. [1]
