Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

During the reign of the Galactic Empire, the planet Tallaso had a native planetary government. Tallaso's Imperial governor, Riggins Delahrg, extorted money from the government.^[1]
