It was actually a toy before Rebels.

force disk

whats this... about a "force disk" and being able to split into two lightsabers... This hasnt appeared in any episodes, is it in a book? ralok (talk) 20:18, February 3, 2015 (UTC)

  • The "force disc" is mentioned in at least two places. The first is on the Hasbro toy of The Inquisitor's lightsaber (see image here), and the second is in the StarWars.com Encyclopedia entry on the lightsaber, which mentions the "disc" (link here). This is a picture of the toy's disc in action. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 20:29, February 3, 2015 (UTC)
    • Are toys really representative of canon though? ralok (talk) 15:34, February 6, 2015 (UTC)

Page move

Are there any canon sources calling this a "double-bladed spinning lightsaber," which is what this page was previously called? If so, should we move it back to that? The Inquisitors in the Rebels season two trailer both have a lightsaber exactly like the Inquisitor's, which seems to suggest that this is a standard-issued Inquisitor weapon, and not unique to the Pau'an one from season one. Cevan (talk) 23:55, April 18, 2015 (UTC)

  • The Rebels Visual Guide calls it that! I agree: move the page! (Unless there should be two, one for the Inquisitor's lightsaber specifically.) Like Maul and his dual-bladed blade. Nivlacanator(talk) 01:16, April 20, 2015 (UTC)
    • Keep as a single page, as it appears to be identical to the others, except for the fact that it has been destroyed. - AV-6R7User talk:AV-6R7 13:38, April 21, 2015 (UTC)
      • All right then. Is it ok to move the page? Cevan (talk) 00:43, April 29, 2015 (UTC)
        • While of the same type of lightsaber, the other two used by the other two individuals seem to have unique aspects... such as teh shape of the disk. ralok (talk) 01:06, April 29, 2015 (UTC)
          • I don't understand why we're talking about moving this page. Regardless of whether or not the weapon is actually unique, the Inquisitor still had a lightsaber, which is this one. We still need a page about it, detailing its history and his usage of it, don't we? Same as any other personal lightsaber. ProfessorTofty (talk) 01:39, April 29, 2015 (UTC)
            • Why not make a new page of Double-bladed spinning lightsaber instead of moving this page? Jaewade (talk) 01:49, April 29, 2015 (UTC)
              • I agree and shift any information not specific to the Inquisitor's personal weapon to there. ProfessorTofty (talk) 02:43, April 29, 2015 (UTC)
                • Sounds good to me. Would anyone like to undertake its creation? Cevan (talk) 23:50, April 30, 2015 (UTC)
                  • Does anyone know which source first identifies the lightsaber as a "double-bladed spinning lightsaber?" I'd like to create the page for it, however I'm not sure where it's first identified. Cevan (talk) 18:40, June 27, 2015 (UTC)

"Unique"

In the Season 2 trailer, two new Inquisitors are seen using lightsabers identical to this one. So it really shouldn't be described as unique anymore. 74.255.97.11 13:15, April 21, 2015 (UTC)

Force Collector

According to this trivia video by Star Wars Explained (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xnGKlP27sVk), one of the severed halves of the Grand Inquisitor's lightsaber was recovered by Dok-Ondar (from Galaxy's Edge) and traded to Karr-Nuq Sin, the protagonist of the YA novel Force Collector? I have not read the book; might someone be able to verify this and update the article to reflect it?

Thanks!
