Verify Source

There is not enough information to prove there will be a Season 3. You can't just assume from the tinniest amount of information. Stuff like this can change or be canceled in a moment's notice.--Darth Malice the Destroyer 02:09, October 17, 2009 (UTC)

  • Well, actually, you can. There is a verifiable source for Season 3 being produced. Of course they could cancel it but as it stands now, Season 3 is being produced. NayayenOld Republic military symbol(talk) 07:46, October 17, 2009 (UTC)
I don't know how you all find this stuff so early. We're like, not even half-way to finishing Season 2 yet. Isn't this a bit early? --Mega Sean 45 15:57, October 17, 2009 (UTC)

Maybe its one of those "I know a freind of a freind that knows this guy that works on the show" Or people just spend hours searching the net for info about season 3.--Jdg50Legomaster 11:45, April 12, 2010 (UTC)

Date

Does anyone know the release date? 22:07, February 12, 2010 (UTC)Tinminer

Answer: The Clone Wars Magazine which is supposed to come along with Season 3 comes at October, that will say season 3 will most probaly come in October as the oter two seasonsUnsigned comment by Regor4k (talk • contribs)

  • The terms "supposed to" and "most probaly" disqualify this as an answer, unfortunately. Dangerdan97 00:55, July 23, 2010 (UTC)

This season will air on september,17.....http://starwars.com/theclonewars/season3_date/index.html Mihai1803 17:10, August 10, 2010 (UTC)

About the releasing date.... We keep the article or the video????? Mihai1803 14:02, August 12, 2010 (UTC)

TV movie

Hey there! Can I ask, WHERE exactly was stated that season 3 will begin with a TV movie? Otherwise, it is an unsourced information and therefore it should be removed.--Darth Paulus JaingHead (May the Force serve you well!) 19:04, April 13, 2010 (UTC)

  • It's quite clearly sourced. Whether or not it should be considered fully reliable and official is not as concrete. CC7567 (talk) 19:20, April 13, 2010 (UTC)
    • Hm, maybe I'm just blind, but everything I see on that book's entry is: "This novel follows a group of clone troopers as they rise through the ranks from cadets, to rookies, and all the way to elite ARC troopers." But the mention about the TV movie is nowhere to be seen.--Darth Paulus JaingHead (May the Force serve you well!) 21:08, April 13, 2010 (UTC)

Nikto Jedi

In the preview, if you watch in on a fairly large, high-resolution screen, you can see a jedi in one of Ahsoka's dreams. he/she is seen a couple times. it appears as though a clone with a pistol shoots a droid, and then the jedi turns, and the pistol is aimed at him/her. Look closely at the face. Looks like a Nikto. Specifically, one that resembles J'oopi Shé.66.42.173.161 15:10, May 3, 2010 (UTC)

  • Ok, we don't know if the clone was aiming at the Jedi or just droids off-screen. Also, the jedi looks nothing like J'oopi She. EVANTHETOON 03:43, May 9, 2010 (UTC)

His name is Ima-Gun Di he dies in the show though (ima gun"a" die dave filoni said that)Bananapops! 17:06, September 10, 2010 (UTC)

Shaak Ti

I looked again at the preview... Shaak Ti goes to Kamino. look for the Kamino doors in the preview, right after is shows a closeup of yoda. when the doors open, a kaminoan who appears to ba Lama Su and Shaak Ti enter the room. Two Jedi, the aforementioned Nikto (who, upon closer inspection, appears to be Kajain'Sa'Nikto, not like J'oopi She), and Shaak Ti (my favorite). i am completely excited, thought you giuys might like to know, and maybe they would both be mentioned in the article?66.42.173.161 15:16, May 3, 2010 (UTC)

  • Please wait until an official source confirms their appearances. JangFett (Talk) 15:27, May 3, 2010 (UTC)

A preview on the official site isn't official? it was fully rendered, and as she did not appear in seasons one or two, and, if all of season 3 isn't even fully rendered (previews, not on the site to my knowledge, but on CN), it can't be season 4.66.42.173.161 17:47, May 3, 2010 (UTC)

  • If it isn't directly confirmed (and in this case, it means in words, not what our eyes tell us when we don't know what TCW will make her look like), it isn't confirmed at all. Please refrain from adding speculation to the article until it is properly verified by a proper source. CC7567 (talk) 17:52, May 3, 2010 (UTC)

It has to be Shaak Ti, purely speculation, but this blatent togruta jedi bored some kind of jedi robe, that looks similar to Shaak's, so I don't see any reason why it can't be, unless they invent another togruta female Jedi. Considering she does go to Kamino in the Clone Wars shortly before the first battle there, it makes sense--JimminyTi 20:44, July 20, 2010 (UTC)

  • This has already been addressed above. It's speculation, which can't be added to the article. Repeatedly begging the question while ignoring the explained policy is not what this Talk page is for, so please stop. Dangerdan97 21:08, July 20, 2010 (UTC)

But Shaak Ti is confirmed on Star Wars.com. It's not speculation, it shows a picture and says shaak ti. Just go to "New faces at comic con" Unsigned comment by 71.114.145.125 (talk • contribs)

  • That confirmation just posted today, but feel free add the source and info if it's so excruciatingly essential that this be done ASAP. Dangerdan97 04:59, July 21, 2010 (UTC)

I saw the picture this morning as well, but I did not see a caption. I will check again. Thanks (PS I'm SO PSYCHED WOOT!!!!!)Gnost-Dural 11:22, July 21, 2010 (UTC)

Unfortunately, I have to do an admin's job real quick (Sorry admins). It's not directly confirmed in print. What we have is a picture of a female togruta jedi wearing Shaak Ti's robes, carrying her lightsaber, having the same facial markings, and with no caption. I'm disappointed it may not be Shaak Ti, too. (I know it is, but according to this wiki, it isn't... yet.)Gnost-Dural 11:22, July 21, 2010 (UTC)

  • I don't know if this helps at all, but the name of the image in question is "shaakti_img.jpg" (source- see the URL). I don't know a lot about sourcing, so I'm not sure if that constitutes direct confirmation, just thought I'd point it out. It will probably be announced at Comic-Con officially very soon anyway though. NighthawkLeader 11:57, July 21, 2010 (UTC)

And the Nikto's file name was Master Di. Is that his name?Gnost-Dural 15:16, July 21, 2010 (UTC)

Ryloth ???

http://starwars.com/theclonewars/news/comiccon2010/index.html The planet presented in this picture looks like Ryloth.... As far as I see there is a Twilek.... Maybe another battle on Ryloth....Mihai1803 17:29, July 21, 2010 (UTC)

  • It's not confirmed. Also, please take a look at the {{Talkheader}} template at the top of the page. Wookieepedia is not a forum. JangFett (Talk) 17:35, July 21, 2010 (UTC)
  • Yes, we cannot assume anything until an official statement or source regarding such information is released. For all we know, it could be a sunny, desert-like area on the planet Mustafar, and there is a Twi'lek living there. Sure it sounds completely ridiculous, but it is entirely possible as well. Therefore, we cannot assume that this is Ryloth. EVANTHETOON 18:48, July 21, 2010 (UTC)

It has been confirmed that it is ryloth on the episode Supply Lines Bananapops! 17:09, September 10, 2010 (UTC)

Season 3

For what I heard in Celebraton V, this season is going to f(*) up a little more of the EU, with the introduction of Darth Maul's brother, and putting Dathomir as his, and Asajj Ventress homeworld, where a powerful class of women ruled, while the men live in an enclave. Te Shukalaryc Mand'alorJaingHead 01:36, August 18, 2010 (UTC)

  • There's no source that explicitly states Maul had no brother, and nothing I saw at the Clone Wars panel indicated that Dathomir was the homeworld of anyone but the Nightsisters. Repeat this phrase, make it your mantra: "They will work out the continuity eventually, they always do." Dangerdan97 02:44, August 18, 2010 (UTC)
  • BUT, it has been stated that Ventress is from Rattatak, Maul from Iridonia, and each one of them with their own cultures. And I admire your optimism, but come on, the errors on the continuity are pretty bad.Te Shukalaryc Mand'alorJaingHead 15:18, August 18, 2010 (UTC)
    • Please mind the {{Talkheader}} tag at the top of this page. This talk page is not for discussion on the article's subject, only for changes relating to the article—that means that this is not the place to express grievances with TCW. CC7567 (talk) 02:51, August 19, 2010 (UTC)

Quinlan Vos

Quinlan Vos is going to be an action figure from The Clone Wars Line and here is what it looks like: http://www.eucantina.net/archives/8050 as you can see from the pic he is in TCW its not like they designed him to wait for season 4 or just for an action figure.Bananapops! 21:14, September 10, 2010 (UTC)

More Episodes

Shouldnt mpre episodes be listed on the page as unknown release dates because there is an episode with clone commandos(possibly Delta squad)I'll provide the link for the video here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XSwplFf9yvU . There see so should I add it to the list off episodes.Sniperteam82308 13:07, September 28, 2010 (UTC)

  • No, you shouldn't. 1) YouTube is not a source. 2) We add episodes as they are officially announced. - JMAS Jolly Trooper Hey, it's me! 13:11, September 28, 2010 (UTC)

Alright thank you but it was confirmed because while I am not the one to record it I did see it before.Sniperteam82308 13:27, September 28, 2010 (UTC)

Are we sure thst those last two episodes are actually the title? --Claws Bane 12:01, December 12, 2010 (UTC)

Ep.12

The 12th episode is called Nightsisters according to Cartoon Network's website.... Mihai1803 14:22, December 5, 2010 (UTC)

  • Please wait until it's further confirmed. Things do change in time. JangFett (Talk) 15:35, December 5, 2010 (UTC)

I don't know. At times like these, I can't really trust Cartoonnetwork. Is it also airing on Janurary 7th?

yes, it has been confirmed to air on january 7th. Ralphjedimaster 20:52, December 24, 2010 (UTC)

editing the first part of the article

I think someone needs to edit the 1st part of the article as, by now, the some characters (ani, obi, Ahsoka and palpatine) got there new outfitsUnsigned comment by Skyguy007 (talk • contribs)

  • That information is currently in the TCW article. JangFett (Talk) 15:43, December 17, 2010 (UTC)

Full protection

I would seriously recommend short term protection on this page to stop an edit war between cadbanekiller and anyone who tries to erase his unverified info. brightfur 02:40, January 13, 2011 (UTC)
