"Different"
What's the evidence that this future project is in any way related to Star Wars? Dangerdan97 15:58, August 25, 2010 (UTC)
I always thought the first Jedi sought out the Caamasi in order to learn how they should use the Force (ie for peace/stability) It's a legend among their people that was mentioned in the Hand Of Thrawn duology --C&C Modder 01:06, January 9, 2012 (UTC)C&C Modder
I think this is going to be an excellent series. There has never been a story about how the Jedi formed.
I Love this series and I expect great things in the Pre-Republic era to spawn henceforth. Can't wait for issue 6 in November! I would love to see an action figure line based off Dawn of the Jedi. --LBCCCP 02:38, July 29, 2012 (UTC)

A complaint
The work on this and related articles has been shockingly slow! I believe--but I may be misremembering--that it took about 5 months for anything to progress past Xesh abandoning the Jedi to their fates. I hope that things will be updated more speedily in the future. A dissatisfied reader, 108.56.196.116 18:27, June 12, 2013 (UTC)
- We are all volunteers on this site and articles will be updated when time and interests allow. We do not work to a timetable at all. You are quite welcome to be bold and update the pages yourself as long as you adhere to Wookieepedia's policies. - Sir Cavalier of One

- I understand (I wrote the complaint). I am very interested in this series, but unfortunately I don't really have access to the actual comics. This means I'm hoping that Wookieepedia can inform me. Unfortunately, it hasn't happened yet. I'm sorry that I can't offer more information; I was able to give a little on Sek'nos Rath because did buy Dawn of the Jedi: The Prisoner of Bogan 4--but in many other cases the articles hadn't even progressed that far. 108.56.196.116 23:55, July 30, 2013 (UTC)
Tythan-Rakata War
Is there any name for the war between the Je'daii and the Rakata Empire? 173.79.238.198 22:08, September 6, 2013 (UTC)
- It hasn't appeared yet, so we don't know. The next arc starts in November. Cade

- Oh, I know...however it would seem to me that there ought to be SOME name for this clearly critical conflict--only a placeholder name, though. 173.79.238.198 20:35, September 8, 2013 (UTC)
Comic numbering
Since Prisoner of Bogan 5 says it's number 10 in the Dawn of the Jedi saga, should the table be renumbered with 0 through 10 instead of by story arc? Jordanbtucker (talk) 05:32, November 1, 2013 (UTC)
- No, because the series is a set of several 5-issue miniseries. Each of the Prisoner of Bogan issues are numbered 1-5, not 6-10. Cade

- Then by that logic, shouldn't Agent of the Empire be listed as miniseries? Jordanbtucker (talk) 05:32, November 1, 2013 (UTC)
- I thought that as well, but Agent of the Empire's interior cover lists a continued numbering for the second arc of the series. Cade

- Okay, so here me out on this. Dawn of the Jedi numbers each miniseries separately, which made sense until Prisoner of Bogan 5 explicitly stated in its interior cover that it was "Number 10 in the Dawn of the Jedi saga." Now, Knight Errant also numbers each miniseries separately, however starting with Deluge 1, each comic explicitly states in its interior cover that it is "Number X in the Knight Errant saga." Compare that to Agent of the Empire, which numbers the series as a whole, and starting with Hard Targets 1 it states in its interior cover that it is "Number X in the Agent of the Empire saga." In each case, the outside cover only ever lists the number of the current miniseries. So at what point do we decide to number by series vs miniseries? Language
How much is indicated about the Tythans' language? It's expressed as Basic, since Dam-Powl notes in Dawn of the Jedi: Into the Void that "might" can mean 'strength' or 'possibility'--but the Je'daii are able to communicate freely with Xesh (Force Hound), perhaps suggesting they spoke the Rakatan language, or some other language common in the Infinite Empire. 173.79.239.142 19:30, December 31, 2013 (UTC)
Ending of the Series?
This particular page says that Dawn of the Jedi will end after the third story arc due to the rights to Star Wars going to Marvel in 2015. Now here is my point. No where have I found Dark Horse say this is the last story arc. In fact at [[1]] Dark Horse has said they plan to make 2014 memorable for Star Wars, so it sounds like they have some stuff planned for the franchise. Also, the third story arc ends in March so they still have time to make a forth if they wanted to. Finally, John Ostrander has said that he is going to try to convince Marvel to take the Dawn of the Jedi team on to continue writing this series. This can be found at [[2]]. So here is my point. It's probably a little premature to be saying the series is over. At the very least should we not include this article that notes the possibility of Marvel continuing the series? Sith1 (Sith1) 17:41, January 11, 2014 (UTC)
- Jan Duursema has stated that she has finished the final issue of the series, so until we hear that the series will continue, it's considered to be ending. Cade

Plot summary needs update
- Star Wars: Dawn of the Jedi: Force War has finished its run, but the plot summary doesn't reflect that.--Rakhsh (talk) 22:39, December 18, 2014 (UTC)

- I don't have a copy of Star Wars: Dawn of the Jedi Volume 3—Force War, so I wouldn't be able to do much.--Rakhsh (talk) 00:34, January 27, 2016 (UTC)
