Gender Error

Hello,

To date, the only genetically female clone is Omega (The Bad Batch)

There is no error; she is a woman and her gender field is correct. In English usage, gender and sex mean different things. To simplify, the first is related more to one's mind and the second to one's body. In this case, Sister's identity as a woman is her gender. Because she is a clone derived from Jango Fett, her genetic sex differs from her gender. Wookieepedia lists the genders of characters, not their sex. Cultural appropriation

the artwork commissioned by ek johnston and featured on this page shows Sister with cornrows, an hairstyle appropriated from black cuture, that ek herself has demanded a corrected version of with french braids instead. a modification of the version on her wiki page would be in order. —Unsigned comment by 78.194.138.74 (talk • contribs)

• yes, it is available on ek's tumblr (@ekjohnston), and easily findable by term searching "sister" on her blog. i have the file and have been trying to change the version myself but cannot. the newer version is recognizable by way larger braids —Unsigned comment by Samwise31 (talk • contribs)
