Grievous Appearances

Should we count it as an appearance for the droid army if Grievous, the general and leader of the army, is the only one to appear? For example, in Son of Dathomir 3 General Grievous appears, however the actual droid army does not. Should we still count this an appearance though for the army since the leader is present all throughout it? Cevan (talk) 15:46, December 18, 2014 (UTC)

  • We count a new mandalorian appearance whenever Satine appears. I say yay. - AV-6R7User talk:AV-6R7 20:04, December 18, 2014 (UTC)

B3

The Appearances section of the Dark Disciple article says that parts of B3s are in said book. I know I can't use Wookiepedia "as a source", so can someone confirm that and put the B3 on this article? Thanks :) Geek'ari Talk 01:32, April 19, 2016 (UTC)

  • Oh god. I have the book, but no digital version of it. I'll try to check pages of the book where they might be mentioned, however it'd be much easier if someone has a digital version, with a searching engine. Anyone? Until then, I believe you can add it to this page again, since there must be a reason someone put it on the Dark Disciple appearances :P - LoLuX12 (walkietalkie) 01:39, April 19, 2016 (UTC)
  • Just to return on this, it seems like the B3 are mentioned in the novel as droids used by the Confederacy of Independent Systems. I'll add them to the article again, but just as "B3" droids, instead of the previous "B3 super battle droid." - LoLuX12 (walkietalkie) 01:53, April 19, 2016 (UTC)

Question

Hey I was wondering why an edit of mine was removed. It was orginaizing the section that describes what the army was made up of into parts. If you go through history you’ll see it (they were my edits on April 11th) Unsigned comment by Captainrexofthe501stlegion (talk • contribs)

  • Likely because the list was too short to divide into subsections.--Vitus InfinitusTalk 16:04, April 13, 2018 (UTC)

organization box

Hey so I want to start a discussion about this. The members section has two problems in my opinion. The first being that it could easily become very large because of the amount of battle droids that are named. The second is for droids like TF-1726, who commanded fleets. While this would make him part of the navy, he was a tactical droid, meaning he was part of the army. Well at least that is what I was thinking. members

I kinda think we should move this section to be below units, as I think that would just look better.Unsigned comment by Captainrexofthe501stlegion (talk • contribs)

  • I would say that we just remove it. Its uneccessary to list every member in the article and especially given that most of them are not even important. Unsigned comment by 187.189.105.46 (talk • contribs)
    • I agree. We also don't have it for the other armies I think--Vitus InfinitusTalk 00:12, April 21, 2018 (UTC)
      • Really we should start getting rid of all the lists and start writing them into paragraphs instead, I don't really think we need to make lists of the weapons they use (this applies to the other factions as well), we can change the infobox to military unit so we can include the groups in that --Lewisr (talk) 00:14, April 21, 2018 (UTC)
        • I also agree, I did that for Resistance Army but got occupied with other things. I think many of the lists can be re-worded into paragraphs. I think we can keep the list of vessels for navies however, though at least for the time being.--Vitus InfinitusTalk 00:16, April 21, 2018 (UTC)
          • I do think we should keep the list for the units section however, simply brcuase that’s easy to use and find what you’re looking for. I use this article for research and having all the units in a list is easy, but I do agree the equipment could be in a paragraph or something. • Would be an excellent idea. The lists on navies articles can wait and eventually be moved into paragraphs, but all the weapons and members lists can be transformed into paragraphs or be simply removed if they're unnecessary like in this case.--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 00:26, April 21, 2018 (UTC)

Why remove that quote?

Why was that quote for 22 BBY removed?--Captainrexofthe501stlegion (talk) 03:35, June 17, 2018 (UTC)

  • That quote is more appropiate to the Separatist or the military page, it's not about the Droid Army--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 03:48, June 17, 2018 (UTC)
    • Literally was about to say the same thing, probably should have had that in the edit summary --Lewisr (talk) 03:49, June 17, 2018 (UTC)

Is the Unidentified battle droid model mentioned?

Someone has removed ALL the lists, so I can't even see where it is, or is supposed to be.RC-0407 (talk)

  • It's in the beginning of the third paragraph under "Organization"--Vitus InfinitusTalk 14:42, June 26, 2018 (UTC)
