That's what the unsourced IPA says, but I'd have expected handmaiden names to rhyme with Padmé, eg. SAH-bey, RAH-bey, SAH-kay… --PreviouslyOn24 (talk) 04:46, May 25, 2016 (UTC)

Popularity

I am questioning the popularity of this article. Like, why is it so popular? First lightsaber crystal, then Sabine Wren, now Sabé? What’s so special about a handmaiden who’s name most people don’t even know? First Emperor of the Global Empire (talk) 18:45, September 28, 2020 (UTC)

Question

It’s me again, with a question. Why aren’t the names of articles about Padmé’s handmaidens their real name (ie Tsabin instead of Sabé or Cordyn instead of Cordé)? That doesn’t comply with most wiki naming conventions. Same with Padmé Amidala instead of Padmé Naberrie or Kanan Jarrus instead of Caleb Dume. It’s honestly stupid. Why do all the handmaidens have spoilers right in their main images? What is the purpose of that, other than to hit people with spoilers the moment they open the page? —Unsigned comment by 192.145.116.191 (talk • contribs)

  • You're missing the point of this encyclopedia if you think that Wookieepedia's goal is to slam spoilers into people's faces. This is Star Wars; new content gets released, so Wookieepedia documents those new content, and so inevitably spoilers get posted. Plus, on Wookieepedia, spoiler warnings for individual articles only stay in place for one month, per the sourcing policy, and these comics have been released for months now. Question

Is there any update on what happened to Sabé after Vader #34? Can it just be assumed she simply drowned after Vader's force blast sent her out into the sea or is her fate left ambiguous? Ooneillkane (talk) 23:26, 31 July 2023 (UTC)
