There are indeed official pics of Master Windu's lightsaber available online. This article should have them. I will see what I can do.ShannarythVenhallyn (talk) 19:23, July 24, 2012 (UTC)

2.2 Updated with new information

I don't have a source for this, but I believe the purple color comes from a blue crystal and a synthetic sith crystal combined, making his vaapad techique stronger? (184.96.214.129 18:10, July 13, 2013 (UTC))
