Copyright violation
Does copyright violation include people cribbing their own fansites? The Aggressor Mystery stuff, part of the original contribution by 128.205.163.157 (which ARIN tells me is a State University of New York at Buffalo IP) seems very close to the version here, with a SUNY Buffalo web-address. Presumably, the same fan author? --McEwok 13:45, 6 Sep 2005 (UTC)
- I don't think so. Asset Tracking is run by StarWars.com moderator Kaelis Tuar, who is a long-time online friend of mine (indeed, I took part rather heavily in the very arguments that shaped Kaelis's Aggressor page). Looking over this Anon's user contributions, the edits he has made just don't seem to me to be Kaelis's style; additionally, Kaelis has been quite scarce of late online. It's probably a coincidence that Kaelis and this anon are both from SUNY, though it could also be one of Kaelis's IRL friends who made the edit. At any rate, this version seems sufficiently paraphrased to not be plagiaristic so long as the source is linked, which it is; though this information would probably be better suited to a page on the Aggressor itself. jSarek 12:29, 9 Sep 2005 (UTC)
Homeworld
I forget, but why is it suspected his homeworld is Alderaan?JustinGann 04:46, 6 October 2007 (UTC)
- Apparently, Abel included mention of him being an Alderaanian in a Fact Files card at one point, though I don't know if we ever found the card in question and verified that it made it through editing. jSarek 06:30, 6 October 2007 (UTC)
