I think we should change it to Weapon Master, after all, the main article is called thus, and it's cannon...--Shioroi (talk) 14:36, May 27, 2013 (UTC)
Citations for Notable Individuals
Shouldn't every example of a Jedi Guardian have a citation referencing the source for this information? How else can we be sure that these individuals actually were Jedi Guardians? I know that in the past, fans have at times merely favored an assumption of certain Jedi's class. One example here is Plo Koon, who in the article "Council of Reconciliation," is said to have been one of the two permanent members of that organ. In that same article, it is also noted that the council is composed of five of "Master Consulars." Would this not have indicated that Plo Koon was a Jedi Consular then? And while I have always felt certain that Mace Windu, Luke Skywalker, and Obi-Wan Kenobi were Jedi Guardians, I admit that I can't even name a source for these examples except in the Star Wars Roleplaying Game Revised Core Rulebook, which I would assume is not necessarily the most authoritative source though it would suffice. - I have just discovered the source for most examples listed here and the Jedi Consular page is most likely Power of the Jedi Sourcebook, a supplement to the Star Wars Roleplaying Game Revised Core Rulebook aforementioned. This includes the information that Plo Koon is a Jedi Guardian. However, the article on the Council of Reconciliation still lists him as a permanent member and that it comprised five of the most exceptional Jedi Consulars, though there is no citation. Thus, there would be a contradiction of two or more sources if all these statements are correct, and I suppose we would need to address this in the Behind the Scenes section? Or perhaps the article on the Reconciliation Council - and the Jedi Consular article as well - is incorrect given that no source is given. Sol Pacificus (talk) 07:23, May 15, 2015 (UTC)
