Not Roland's mother

It is clear from the dialogue that Isa is not the mother. Omega learns about Roland and his parent named Isa from Cid together with the rest of the Bad Batch. Later, during a conversation, Roland mentions his mother perfected the Durand way, to which Omega responds: "So she's a criminal too?" This makes no logical sense, unless Isa and Roland's mother are two separate people. Darth Paulus JaingHead (May the Force serve you well!) 16:17, 27 July 2021 (UTC)

  • The son of crime boss Isa Durand, Roland Durand hopes to make a name for himself. Lewisr (talk) 16:26, 27 July 2021 (UTC)
  • Looks like I might have misunderstood what you were getting at, regardless I think it could be put down to Omega not really knowing what these terms 'crime boss' etc mean, she didn't know what a bounty hunter was for example, the intent seems to be that Isa was Roland's mother Lewisr (talk) 16:43, 27 July 2021 (UTC)
    • This is very far-fetched, IMHO, as "crime" and "criminal" are not special terms (as "bounty hunter" is). More logically, this can suggest that the whole Durand family consists of criminals. Not only Isa (i.e. the father?) but his mother as well. Darth Paulus JaingHead (May the Force serve you well!) 16:52, 27 July 2021 (UTC)

Devaronian anatomy

It has been established that female Devaronians are distinct from males in that they posses hair and lack horns. However, Isa posseses horns. Either, she is wearing a horned crown, or is transgender mTf. Is this worth noting in the BTS section?TheTrooperGuy (talk) 23:14, 22 February 2024 (UTC)

  • There are other possibilities as well, such as her being intersex or having cross-dimorphism traits (something seen in Legends Devaronians with teeth sometimes) which can happen in deer quite frequently. I think that regardless of why, it should be noted in BTS that her horned anatomy is atypical of devaronians. Urktheturtle (talk)
  • Agreed; regardless of wether or not she is intersex, transgender, or maybe has an unusual mutation, it is worth noting. Timjer (talk) 10:15, 27 February 2024 (UTC)
