Determining this HK's model

Looking at the picture of this HK and given his known abilities and armaments, he does not match any other known model. Assuming he isn't a one-of-a-kind custom, why don't we try to figure out where along the development line he is. To me, he looks closest to HK-01. This leads to say he is a model between HK-01 and HK-24. This makes sense as like HK-01, this HK detests anyone trying to restrict his free will (a flaw fixed by the time of the HK-24 series)
