Imperial Mission to Dantooine
I have the novel Lost Stars, so I have access to the chapters with the info about Thane and the other Imperials going to Dantooine. Is that the kind of mission that deserves its own article? 'Cause I'd be happy to write it. Geek'ari Talk 16:28, April 13, 2016 (UTC)
- That depends on whether there's a conflict or not. Are there two sides fighting each other on this mission? - Brandon Rhea(talk) 16:31, April 13, 2016 (UTC)
- Well, the base was deserted, so no, there was no direct conflict. I apologize, I didn't know that was a requirement. Thanks for the reply. Geek'ari Talk 16:40, April 13, 2016 (UTC)
- No worries! It's a fair question. - Brandon Rhea(talk) 17:05, April 13, 2016 (UTC)

2.5 Updated references
Hello, first time doing this. I am very sure that in the show Star Wars Resistance, it is said that the First Order takes control of Dantooine, and I see no references in the affiliation section.
Images canon or non-canon?
I managed to track down a copy of the article featuring Dantooine in Build the Millennium Falcon issue 37. It's apparently canon, and is used as source all across this article, but due to its nature it takes most of its information from Legends sources, such as Star Wars: Galaxies. This includes several illustrations, including those of the Piket, the Blba tree, and an Imperial mining outpost, which are apparently from screenshots of the game.
Can these images also be considered canon for use in this article and the other appropriate articles? They appear in a canon source, but are from non-canon media originally.

- Do the images specifically refer to them as blba trees, etc.? Because if not, I'm not sure that we could actually use them on canon pages. VergenceScatter (talk) 19:32, 21 August 2021 (UTC)
- They're captioned, with some extra description. Here's some quick photos of the pages in question: [1]. It seems that the images used for the Blba tree and Piket in the magazine are identical to ones used in the Legends articles (besides the removal of the background for the Piket), though the mining outpost and sunset seem to be unique. I believe these are the only illustrations of these things in a canon source (indeed, its their only mention in a canon source that I can tell), but I'm starting to lean towards the illustrations themselves being non-canon. - Then yeah, I don't see why they shouldn't be used on canon pages. VergenceScatter (talk) 21:17, 21 August 2021 (UTC)

Knights of the Old Republic
Seems like although the picture from KOTOR is included there is very little mention of Dantooine's inclusion in that game, and it's not included in the list of appearances. —Unsigned comment by Plymike (talk • contribs)
- This is the canon page so the information from that game would not go on this page unless anything was included in a canon source. There should be information on the Legends page, however, Dantooine/Legends Lewisr (talk) 17:39, 13 January 2025 (UTC)
