Is the land ceded to the covert the same Unidentified parcel as Karga mentioned in Chapter 17? I assume it is, since in that episode, Kara mentioned that the tract of land is 'down by the flats', which corroborates this. In Chapter 21, Din says 'I decided to take you up on your offer for a tract of land', which obviously doesn't specify that its the same one, but I think its reasonable to assume they are the same piece of land.
