Knights of Ren as their own faction?
Why are the Knights listed as their own faction? As far as I'm aware, they were loyal to Sidious up until the very end. --IndyRevolution (talk) 16:21, January 21, 2020 (UTC)
I’m pretty sure that the people in the audience were Sidious's Sith Loyalists. In the Darth Sidious article they are mentioned as being Sith Loyalists. (thought this may be incorrect)

- I'm not sure. When I saw the film, as far as I remember, the chanting audience seemed to just vanish upon Sidious' death, like they were mere ghosts kept present by his sheer influence. Or am I remembering it wrongly? Timjer (talk) 17:38, December 20, 2019 (UTC)
Number of Starfighters
What's the source for the number of starfighters in the infobox? Seems too precise if its just counting from movie scenes. Plume Tray (talk) 16:46, December 22, 2019 (UTC)
- I've prefixed "At least" to the numbers for now. Plume Tray (talk) 17:15, December 22, 2019 (UTC)
- I've uploaded this screenshot of the resistance fleet from TROS for reference, I've marked on the image each starfighter count, hopefully it's self explanatory. I counted the following: 7 X-wings, 7 Y-wings, 9 A-wings, 6 B-wings. Plume Tray (talk) 22:07, January 21, 2020 (UTC)
- That shot isn't from the final movie. I would recommend to just wait until its home video release to confirm the number of starfighters. --DarthRuiz30 (talk) 23:06, January 21, 2020 (UTC)

The Mandalorian and the Razor Crest
Is it actually confirmed in the film or another source that it's definitely him and his ship in the battle? Currently the infobox is citing the film as the source but how can you tell - it could be another similar ship? Plume Tray (talk) 22:15, December 22, 2019 (UTC)
- Nothing in the film says it, until its confirmed in an official source its pure speculation --Lewisr (talk) 22:18, December 22, 2019 (UTC)
Knights of Ren
Can we remove Knights if Ren as their own faction? Having them as a third column on a mobile device really affects the legibility. Random00021 (talk) 21:13, March 2, 2020 (UTC)
- Unfortunately, we cannot list them under the Sith Eternal for this is not said explicitly in any official source. However, on this train of thought, the Knights simply confronted Ben Solo, and were not participating in the battle of Exegol waged between the Sith and rebels. Just as the War on Shu-Torun occurred concurrently with the Galactic Civil War yet was not a part of it, the Knights of Ren should not be considered as to have participated in the battle of Exegol. I would remove them as their own faction but keep information regarding their separate interruption of Ben Solo's approach to the Sith Citadel throne room, yet I would wait for more people to weigh in on this matter before we make this change that could affect all the Knights of Ren articles. - - -

- I like that idea, remove them so it's just two columns but address it in the article. My main issue here is usability on mobile devices (specifically phones) and has nothing to do with the content. It's near impossible to scroll down the list with three columns. Unless I hear something to the contrary in the next week or so, I'll go ahead and make the change.Random00021 (talk) 15:30, March 12, 2020 (UTC)
- So the Knights of Ren just so happened to be in the clearly highly guarded area near Palpatine and the Sith rock concert waiting for Ben who just so happens to be on the same planet as them despite his trip being last minute, especially with the Kylo Ren comics pointing out that Snoke/Palpatine had a heavy influence on them, even for Star Wars it's a bit of a coincidence that they were there and not with Palpatine/the Sith externals. Possible I guess but unlikely.JohnWilliamsMovies (talk) 01:50, March 15, 2020 (UTC)

- Nothing says the Knights of Ren were on the side of the Final Order. Even if they're on the side of the Sith and/or Darth Sidious, (should this possible scenario be established by an official source) no existing official source could confirm the speculation that the Knights were affiliated with the Order. - - -

Source for 1080 Xystons?
What's the source for the number of 1080 Xyston SDs? Is it stated somewhere in the movie? The Visual Guide mentions "hundreds" of these ships, but I couldn't find a specific number. NLoriel (talk) 22:11, August 23, 2020 (UTC)
- The reference note in the infobox points to a youtube vid. Fan26 (Talk) 22:17, August 23, 2020 (UTC)
This figure needs to be edited. Both the TROS novelization and the new "The Star Wars Book" says the figure is in the "tens of thousands" and "thousands" respectively. Vympel (talk) 12:45, October 12, 2020 (UTC)

Military units
- I've noticed in the infobox that FO navy and army are listed in military units. Same for the Resistance. Usually I don't see the armies and navies of a faction in the military unit list. Should they be listed in the infoboxs or not? —Unsigned comment by 51.6.53.3 (talk • contribs)
- It seems to be a new occurrence and just a number probably are outdated Lewisr (talk) 03:20, 26 September 2024 (UTC)
- It's due to the decision to split Units from Strength list (which has now expanded into a participant list for every character present under the sun since having a separate list on the page have always been removed for some reason). It's made things confusing. - Noash Retrac (talk) 03:28, 26 September 2024 (UTC)
- Hmm. So First Order Navy, First Order Army, Resistance Army and Resistance navy should be kept in the units list? If so, should the armies and navies of factions for battles in which they are present be added for all pages? 51.6.53.3
- Imo if we don't have specific units then I can see why they'd be added, but if there's specific units I think it starts to get a bit redundant Lewisr (talk) 03:23, 27 September 2024 (UTC)
- That's true. I guess First Order Army can be added to Crait since that battle doesn't have any units for the FO. 51.6.53.3 (talk) 8:15, 27 September 2024 (UTC)
