The other Super Battle Droids with cannon arms.

  • Why can't they just be commanders?--Rune Haako 16:46, 23 November 2008 (UTC)
    • The Clone Wars: The Dreams of General Grievous clearly shows that they are different from regular SBD's - both variants are present on the same page. But I believe until they are given proper designation in some source, the current title is conjecture. Mauser 12:51, 11 December 2008 (UTC)
      • The title is from Clone Wars minatures.--Rune Haako 14:55, 20 December 2008 (UTC)

Contents moved to Heavy Super Battle droid

Reason is in Heavy super battle droid discussion.--Governor Jerjerrod 21:05, 10 July 2009 (UTC)

Real name is Heavy super battle droid

The current name is made-up as a place holder. The lego catalog Summer 2009 names this as Heavy super battle droid (AAt #8018) So do two other sources, including the Clone wars campaign Guide.--Governor Jerjerrod 23:11, 10 July 2009 (UTC)

  • Please name the "two other sources". And please refer me to the page in the TCWCG; I can't seem to find anything on it. CC7567 (talk) 23:21, 10 July 2009 (UTC)
    • The first source is Clone Wars Campaign Guide; I told you that, please read next time the entire message before commenting. The sceond source I forgot because someone deleted the entry on Heavy Super battle droid and redirected it here.--Governor Jerjerrod 19:36, 15 July 2009 (UTC)
      • I'm asking you to refer me to the page in the Campaign Guide, because I've looked and I can't find it in there. CC7567 (talk) 19:48, 15 July 2009 (UTC)
      • Ditto, CC7567. I cannot find anything about this in there either. - JMAS Hey, it's me! 19:50, 15 July 2009 (UTC)
        • A quick look at the history of the Heavy Super Battle Droid article reveals that the source there (not necessarily for the name) was Star Wars Miniatures: Clone Wars Battles. I believe that is the second source that Jerjerrod forgot. NayayenOld Republic military symboltalk 20:20, 15 July 2009 (UTC)
          • Except that the Heavy Super Battle Droid article was copied directly from this one. CC7567 (talk) 21:40, 15 July 2009 (UTC)

Title

Republic Commando

The SBD's in Republic Commando also have cannon arms. I belive the simularity should be noted, as well as the simularity with the Heavy Super Battle Droid and the Orray trooper. Thecrazyweirdo (talk) 00:41, May 31, 2013 (UTC)

B2-HAs in Republic Commando?

I noticed that some B2s in Republic Commando appear to be identical to these guys, right arm cannon and all. Would adding RC as an appearance be ok, or would that be speculation? - AV-6R7User talk:AV-6R7 03:34, December 30, 2014 (UTC)

First Appearance as an Action Figure in 2002

I have an action figure of a super battle droid with an interchangeable arm, from the cannon arm of this B2-HA series super battle droid to a the regular arm of a B2 super battle droid dating all the back to 2002. The cannon arm is identical in appearance, and so it would seem that the concept of this super battle droid variant predates The Clone Wars series. Back in 2002, I was confused as I had never seen a super battle droid with this arm cannon in the films nor even in Star Wars: Battlefront where the droid uses a wrist rocket but not an arm cannon. I was extremely surprised when I first saw this variant in The Clone Wars as I recognized that the design of the arm cannon was identical to that of the old action figure and had not expected that the producers would remember the design from an obscure action figure. You can find it here. Is this noteworthy for the article? Sol PacificusTelepathy 07:45, September 22, 2016 (UTC)
