TC-93 was an astromech droid belonging to Republic Strategic Information Service agent Carina during the Cold War. She formed an attachment to him and refused to perform memory wipes on him. While on an assignment on Nar Shaddaa, TC-93 developed sentience and ran off to the Free Droid Enclave in the Network Security District with secret SIS intel. Carina later sent a fellow Republic citizen to retrieve the intel from TC-93, who provided it while refusing to return to his former master, whose obsession he described as "creepy".[1]
