Synox was a colorless, odorless, tasteless poison that was extremely deadly. It was used by the GenoHaradan for assassination. Githany used it in her attempt to poison Darth Bane.

Description

The effects of Synox occurred very quickly, and was almost undetectable at first. It caused vicious gut pains, intense fatigue and internal hemorrhaging, especially around the eyes and nose. If unchecked, it quickly caused death. It was also known to cause a discolored complexion and swelling of the tongue. There was also a known antidote, which was used by Caleb to heal Darth Bane.

History

The poison was used by the GenoHaradan for assassination. It was also used by Githany, who coated her lips in the poison to kill Darth Bane. Despite taking the antidote beforehand, Githany still felt dizziness from the exposure to the poison. Darth Bane was later cured by the healer Caleb.
