Swamp madness was a medical condition that could occur when a person consumed too much of the nectar of the Brula fruit from the planet Dathomir, which was a common reagent in the Nightsister witch clan's potions and was used as an antivenom against snake bites. Effects included convulsions, blurred vision and hallucinations.[1]
