Surron StarTech

Surron StarTech was a shipwright company developed by the insectoid Surronians from the world Surron.^[3] Although the Surronians were long-respected shipbuilders, they went into financial difficulties and created Surron StarTech in order to mass produce and distribute their starships. They therefore developed standards lines of their expensive limited models for open sale. However, most of these vessels remained beyond the average price ranges.^[1] During the Galactic Civil War, Surron StarTech was a new player in the field of starship design when it signed on with Rendili StarDrive to produce the Starlight-class light freighter. This unexpected collaboration was intended to boost the profits of Surron and Rendili but the joint venture was a failure for both companies.^[2]
