Surabat Valley Mix was a form of sweet popped Surabat grain served at Kat Saka's Kettle in Black Spire Outpost on the Outer Rim planet Batuu[1] in 34 ABY.[3] The snack was suitable for human consumption.[1]

This popcorn was available exclusively at Kat Saka's Kettle in Disneyland's Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge for a limited time beginning on May 2, 2023, as part of the park's celebration of Star Wars Day. The menu described the popcorn as being a "sweet kettle corn."[4] The popcorn could also be ordered with the addition of furikake.[1]
