Surabat Valley Harvest Board was a snack provision served at Oga's Cantina, on the Outer Rim planet Batuu,[1] in 34 ABY.[2] The board contained a loaf of bread, as well as a spread and a spicy sauce.[1]. The snack was edible by humans. Served during the Batuuan Harvest Festival,[3] it shared its name with the Surabat River Valley located on Batuu.[1]

Surabat Valley Harvest Board first appeared as a limited-time snack provision available to guests at the real-world Oga's Cantina in the themed land Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland in Anaheim, California beginning on August 23, 2024, as part of the park's celebration of the fall season, along with several other limited-time offerings across the land. The menu described it as "Torched Sourdough Bread, Aji Verde-infused Pork Spread, Spicy Salsa Criolla."[4]
