Surabat Valley Greens with Roasted Tip-Yip is one of the entrées sold to customers at the Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo food stall in Disneyland's Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge.[1] It is not available at the Disney's Hollywood Studios version of Galaxy's Edge.[4] The menu describes the dish as, "Marinated Chicken, Mixed Greens, Quinoa-Veggie Mix, Mini Peppers, Olives, Cotija Cheese, Cilantro Dressing."[3]
