The dish was served at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo in Black Spire Outpost on the Outer Rim planet Batuu in 34 ABY.[2] Sharing a name with the Surabat settlement on Batuu, the meal was consumable by humans.[1]

Surabat Noodles with Crispy Marinated Eopie was a real-world dish that was first made available to guests in the Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo restaurant at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge in Disneyland in Anaheim, California on May 12, 2025.[3] Its menu description reads, "Lo Mein Noodles, Bok Choy, Ground Pork, Togarashi Pork Rinds."[4]
