Supreme Leader was a title.
History
During the Clone Wars, Asajj Ventress was referred to as Supreme Leader by her forces at the Mission to Rugosa[1] and the Battle of Khorm.[2]
During the Galactic Civil War, in the aftermath of the Battle of Endor, the title was taken by several Imperial Warlords.
