Superintendent was the title of the leader of the Galactic Alliance Security force. In 44 ABY the post was held by Jestat Vhool. Vhool was in reality a Sith Lord of the Lost Tribe of Sith who had infiltrated the Galactic Alliance government. Vhool was killed by Jedi Master Corran Horn.
It was also a title used by the InterGalactic Banking Clan during the Clone Wars.
