"Star Wars: The Disneyland Journey, Part One" is a feature article published in the science-fiction magazine Starlog 118 in May 1987. Co-written by Walt Disney Imagineering employees Bruce Gordon, David Mumford, and Chris Tietz, the article provides an in-depth look at the original Disneyland Star Tours ride. The article is notable for an exclusive mention of the BDM spydroid, which was not referenced in any other Star Tours or Star Wars Legends material.
