The Chiss Ascendancy planet of Sposia had a System Patrol which acted as a defense force providing orbital security in the years before the rise of the Galactic Empire. The orbital security forces involved crew and starships belonging to various Chiss families of the Ascendancy; namely the Kynkru, Obbic, Clarr, and Csap families.[1]
