Spire Sunset was a cocktail served in the galaxy. It originated on the Outer Rim planet Batuu and was said to be "grown on the sides of the planet's petrified spires."[2]

Behind the scenes

The Spire Sunset is a real-world alcoholic beverage featured in the Star Wars: Hyperspace Lounge aboard the Disney Cruise Line cruise ship Disney Wish. Its ingredients include Saigon Baigur gin, kumquat, lychee, and coconut.[2]
