"Let's have your stew, and then you and your grandmother can come back with me to the Temple. There are fresh clothes and comfortable beds, enough to give you both a good night's sleep. Then tomorrow maybe we can discuss over a bowl of spiced eggmilk how we can put your talents to better use. What do you say?"
―Stellan Gios, to Nittel Karkson[1]

Spiced eggmilk was a type of food that was served in bowls.[1] Around 232 BBY,[2] the impoverished Gotal thief Nittel Karkson invited Human Jedi Master Stellan Gios to dine on Stratt stew during Solstice Tide in the hovel where he and his grandmother dwelt in the under levels of the planet Coruscant. Gios accepted and in turn invited them to return with him to the Jedi Temple after the meal, explaining that they could get a good nights sleep there and then in the morning they could discuss Karkson's future over a bowl of spiced eggmilk.[1]

Behind the scenes

Spiced eggmilk was mentioned in "A Coruscant Solstice," a short story written by Cavan Scott and published in the 2021 Life Day Treasury anthology.[1]
