Spiced Surabat Cider

Spiced Surabat Cider was a non-alcoholic cider that also had an alcoholic version, Spiked Spiced Surabat Cider. It was made with fruit and seasonal spices, and found in Black Spire Outpost on the Outer Rim planet Batuu. On unusually cold days^[1] in 34 ABY,^[3] the drink was served hot by establishments such as Ronto Roasters^[1] and Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo,^[2] providing customers with a non-caffeinated option for a heated drink. The cider shared its name with Batuu's Surabat River Valley.^[1]

Spiced Surabat Cider and Spiked Spiced Surabat Cider are drinks available seasonally on relatively cold days at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge in Disney's Hollywood Studios.^[1] For the locale, an outdoor temperature around 50 degrees Fahrenheit or lower is considered a cold day.^[4] The Galaxy's Edge menus describe the non-alcoholic version as "hot apple cider with notes of hickory smoke and winter spices," while the spiked version has the addition of Maker's Mark brand bourbon.^[5]
