Sour citrella was a type of pale orange beverage potable by humans that was made from citrella fruit.[1] In 4 ABY,[2] after Princess Leia Organa and Rebel Alliance General Han Solo's wedding, they went on their honeymoon on the Star Cruiser Halcyon. At one point, Solo visited the Crown of Corellia Dining Room and acquired a bottle of sour citrella, mistakenly believing it to be sunburst juice. Upon tasting the drink and realizing it was sour citrella, he puckered his lips and forced the rest of his sip down his throat, taking care to modulate his facial expression.[1]
