Sour Sarlacc was a non-alcoholic beverage served at Ronto Roasters in Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu[1] in 34 ABY.[2] The drink was suitable for human consumption and shared its name[1] with the sarlacc species.[3]

Sour Sarlacc is one of the non-alcoholic beverages that was sold to customers at the Ronto Roasters restaurant in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge upon the opening of the theme park in 2019. The beverage was first revealed as part of a large promotional event held on February 26, 2019.[4] The menu's description reads, "Minute Maid limeade, raspberry, spicy mango."[5] At Disney's Hollywood Studios, the drink's base was later repurposed for an alcoholic version called Surly Sarlacc.[6]
