Soovada

Soovada, translating from Huttese as Spoils of War, was an annual event held on the moon of Nar Shaddaa by the Hutt species. Rival Hutt clans would travel to Nar Shaddaa and compete with each other for extravagant prizes at venues like the Star Cluster Casino or the Club Vertica Casino. The event also included large amounts of gambling on slot machines.

Behind the scenes

Soovada first appeared in the 2011 BioWare MMORPG Star Wars: The Old Republic. The celebration was a world event which ran through the summer of 2014, from June 10 to August 19.
