Soltan Wostikian was the son of Joran Wostikian and adopted son of Jettero Heler.

Biography

Before 19 BBY, Joran Wostikian and his wife gave birth to Soltan. Joran and his wife perished in a landspeeder accident, and Soltan was adopted and raised by Jettero Heler. Heler sent Soltan to the University of Alderaan.He/him^[1]
