Smazzo was a genre of music that was identified by its distinctive percussive elements. It was popular during the time prior to and during the Clone Wars. The trap skin and sometimes a wailhorn were used by Smazzo performers.
Shluur were a notable smazzo group, whose musical performances once caused a series of riots on Clak'dor VII after provoking violent aggression in the Bith population.
