The Skirmish at the Austan Cluster was a battle between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems that took place during the Clone Wars. In an attempt to capture Count Dooku a Republic fleet, led by Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker, launched a surprise attack backing Dooku's Separatist fleet against the asteroids of the Austan Cluster.^[1]
