Darth Siberus presided over a Sith Empire millennia before the fall of the Galactic Republic. At the apex of its power, Siberus' empire reigned supreme across the galaxy, having crushed all opposition. During this heyday, Siberus grew fearful that she had no challenges left to overcome, and resolved to freeze herself in carbonite to await the day when one strong enough to stand against her would arise. In her absence her empire stagnated, and eventually collapsed entirely.^[1]
