Sikurdians were short, round bipeds native to Sikurd who invented the Sikurdian battle-axe.
When the Clone Wars ended in 19 BBY with the rise of the Galactic Empire, Sikurdian pirates entered an alliance with Tervig and Zygerrian slavers establishing illegal trade routes along the Listehol Run and the Shaltin Tunnels. The slaver union also began raiding the newly reorganized Corporate Sector, an independent territory that shared borders with the Outer Rim.
A notorious Sikurdian was Alabar Double Ax.
