Sicko, designated CT-1127/549, was a clone trooper pilot of the Galactic Republic who served in the pan-galactic Clone Wars against the Confederacy of Independent Systems. During the conflict, Sicko piloted an LAAT/i gunship in several instances.

Biography

Grown on the planet Kamino from the DNA of Jango Fett, a bounty hunter who became the template of the Kaminoan clone trooper army,[1] the clone named Sicko, designated CT-1127/549, was a clone trooper pilot of the Galactic Republic. Sicko participated in the galaxy-spanning Clone Wars[4] between 22 BBY and 19 BBY against the Confederacy of Independent Systems.[5] During a battle in space against Vulture-class starfighters, Sicko crewed an LAAT/i gunship along with a second clone pilot and two gunners manning[4] the composite-beam pinpoint laser turrets.[6] He[2] and his compatriots destroyed multiple droid starfighters in the engagement.[4]

In another instance during the conflict, Sicko[7] operated an LAAT/i gunship on[8] the planet[6] Geonosis while being pursued by several Geonosian Nantex-class territorial defense starfighters. The gunship was fired upon by the starfighters and attempted to evade them through rock pinnacles.[8]

Personality and traits

As with all clones of the Republic, Sicko was cloned from the genetic template of the human bounty hunter Jango Fett and as such was 1.83 meters (6 ft) in height,[1] weighed eighty kilograms,[3] and had tan skin.[1]

Skills and abilities

Sicko, as a clone trooper pilot, was spotted early in his development as having good spatial awareness and reflexes and as such was brought into pilot training.[6]

Equipment

Sicko was equipped with Phase I clone pilot armor and utilized an LAAT/i gunship.[4] As a clone, he was implanted with a behavioral modification biochip at birth to ensure that he would not resist certain orders.[1]

Behind the scenes

Sicko debuted in the Hotshots and Aces II Reinforcements Pack of Fantasy Flight Games' Star Wars: X-Wing Second Edition miniature game[4] that was released on November 25, 2022.[9] Sicko originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity, appearing in the 2006 novel Republic Commando: Triple Zero, written by Karen Traviss.[10]
