The Shrieking MT-97 was a pair of MT-97 blaster pistols owned by the Mandalorian Hunter Aran Tal that he could wield for the Hunters of the Outer Rim competition on Vespaara as an alternative to his standard blaster pistols. This colorful set of pistols feature a shriek-hawk sigil on the sides of each, though it is unclear if it was meant to represent Clan Vizsla or Death Watch.[1]

Behind the scenes

Shrieking MT-97 was an "Epic" rarity "Weapon Wrap" for the Hunter Aran Tal's Clan Tal MT-97, which first appeared in the competitive video game Star Wars: Hunters, specifically added within update 1.0.0 alongside Season 1 and the game's global launch on June 4, 2024. It served as half of a cosmetic set alongside the Shrieking Hawk. This wrap could be unlocked by reaching Aran Tal Hunter Fame level 22.[1]
