Shep Hazard was a human who was the mayor of the remote island on Pabu. He lived there along with his daughter, Lyana Hazard.[2]
Personality and traits
Shep Hazard was a friendly and welcoming man. He knew each of the residents of the island by name. When Phee Genoa introduced him to Hunter, Wrecker, Tech, and Omega, he warmly shook each of their hands in greeting. He was a hospitable host, welcoming Clone Force 99 to his home in Lower Pabu for a feast that Genoa characterized as "famous." When a sea surge occurred, Hazard was quick to help evacuate the residents of Lower Pabu and checked to make sure everyone made it to Upper Pabu safely. In the aftermath of the surge, he lamented the destruction, but only truly cared about the safety of his people.[2]
